Founded in 2017, Darwin CX leverages our leadership team’s over 100 years of industry experience to help publishers pivot from traditional business models to a new media model designed to meet the needs of the emerging subscription economy. We put the customer at the heart of the company’s mission of leveraging technology and data to drive customer acquisition and retention.
In 2020 Darwin CX was acquired by a private investor group led by serial entrepreneur Liam Lynch. Darwin CX enables our clients to use cutting edge tools and technology to leverage big data and instantly suggest campaigns based on real-time information, allowing clients to move more quickly and maximize results.
Darwin CX focuses on orchestrating the customer experience across multiple channels through AI and advanced third-party integrations to drive superior outcomes for clients. Our core program is a system that combines a 360° customer intelligence management system with business intelligence functionality across all departments: fulfillment, marketing, customer data, customer service, financials, and detailed reporting.

“With a diverse range of acquisition channels (including more than 60 retail stores), a highly sophisticated renewal matrix, and complex and frequently changing subscription gift offers, Australian Geographic presents a few rather unique challenges. The Darwin system has given us a number of new ways to promote and retain subscriptions and we’re currently outperforming Australian industry benchmarks both in retention and acquisition.”
Cornelia Schulze, COO, Australian Geographic Pty. Ltd.
“The complexity of a subscription business is widely underestimated and not well understood. While the conversion to Darwin required a fundamental change to our business, it has been well worth it.”
Travis Lunau, Director of Marketing, Cottage Life
