We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Germany office. As a marketing generalist, you will lead efforts to enhance our brand presence, engage customers, and support sales initiatives in the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various aspects of marketing, including brand management, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management

Corporate Branding

Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity in the German market.

Adapt global brand guidelines for local relevance while ensuring consistency.

Drive brand awareness through strategic marketing campaigns.

Local PR

Build and maintain relationships with local media, industry analysts, and influencers.

Develop and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials.

Act as the local spokesperson for media inquiries and industry commentary.

Social Media

Manage local social media channels to engage with audiences and amplify brand messaging.

Collaborate with the global team to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement.

Website Maintenance

Oversee updates to the local website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the global web team to implement SEO best practices and improve user experience.

2. Demand Generation

CRM Management

Manage and optimize the CRM system to ensure accurate data segmentation and targeting.

Develop and execute CRM strategies to support marketing campaigns and customer acquisition.

Collaborate with the global CRM team to implement best practices and reporting standards.

Local Event Management

Plan and execute hosted events, such as roundtables, workshops, and networking sessions.

Manage participation in sponsored events, including trade shows and conferences.

Oversee logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis to ensure success.

Sales Enablement

Develop and distribute sales collateral, presentations, and tools to support the sales team.

Conduct training sessions to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Monitor the performance of sales enablement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Lifecycle Marketing

Customer Marketing

Design and implement customer-focused marketing initiatives to drive engagement and loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Gather and share customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories.

Engagement Campaigns

Create and manage campaigns to maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their lifecycle.

Analyze customer data to identify trends and refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing generalist role, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record in event management, public relations, social media, and website management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
