We are searching for a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team and lead the charge on all onboarding and conversion projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience transitioning into our system, while also fostering strong internal and external communication.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery sessions with clients and initiate the setup process within Darwin.
- Utilize GuideCX software to organize, manage, track, and communicate all onboarding tasks and timelines.
- Oversee all projects related to onboarding within GuideCX.
- Manage all communications, including meetings, updates, and emails, related to onboarding and conversion work, both internally and with external clients.
- Monitor onboarding and conversion progress and collaborate with internal and external departments to keep the project on track.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in client onboarding and/or project conversions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with GuideCX and Darwin software a plus.
