Client Relationship Manager

Responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and connecting with key business executives. In this role you are responsible for answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among your existing clients. You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including the Technical Services Analyst to improve the entire client experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent understanding of Darwin products, functionality, production flows, etc.  
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client services matters by ensuring each department meets the needs of their clients. • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service and points of difference.  
  • Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
  • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.  
  • Work with each Technical Services Analyst (TSA) to build and maintain product & marketing production requirements.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Prepare reports on Account Status to present to management team.
  • Interacting in real time with the TSA so that you can communicate with clients when there is a delay with job mailings.
  • Reviewing all failed jobs with the TSA to correct to improve accuracy going forward.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or related field or
equivalent work experience. Previous account management experience is desirable.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

PC knowledge & proficiency required.  Must be very
detailed, have excellent project/task management skills and be a self-starter.  Requires strong
organizational skills and ability to handle high volume workload.
